It is one the newly constructed hotel it seems, but the room doesn't have correct TV facilities, no correct hot water facility and if we want additional beds, then there are no enough spaces and it seems very congested. The rooms needs to be a bit larger and no water bottle compliments, no soaps and towels provided. It needs a lot of fine tuning and improvements.

Service of this hotel is excellent and beyond par. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They will even assist you to guide you around. What I liked the most is the river bank just less than a minute walk from the hotel. Special shout out to Hrithik ,been very helpful

"Worst review " : We booked our hotel rooms 3 months ago , though we arrived late at the hotel but when we reached , we were told that our rooms were given to someone else. The advance payment was also done. We have never seen any hotel do this before. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night . It was difficult for us to find rooms for 16 people during the peak season. The worst experience we have ever seen. This hotel is not even worth a star. These people are money minded . They had given our booked rooms to others without informing us.

This hotel is near AIIMS hospital. The hotel is a very good option for budget hotels. The rooms are approx. 180 sq. ft. Size with AC and other basic amenities. The hotel also serves food in its roof top restaurant. Overall it was a good stay. Understand that there has been a change in management, which is ensuring customer satisfaction. There are rickshaws running just from the main road outside to all major attractions of Rishikesh viz. Triveni Ghat, Ram Jhula, etc. Further, the Aastha Path a.k.a Marine Drive is a mere 1 min away from this hotel - this is a must visit spot to relax and enjoy the scenery and sunset and the Ganga.

We had a very bad experience wirh this hotel. We had booked 4 rooms wirh 50% advance 3 months black. But the day we went they just showed as other hotel room's which is not their hotel & which was insta very awkward hotel.
